So, you’ve determined that your kitchen, bath or other area of your home needs some work. Do you have ideas, pr do you need a few? Hickorybridge can help. Whether you need some “tweaking” and refreshed surfaces or a complete remodel, we can provide dewing assistance or work with your own Design Professional.

Create A Wish List:

How and what you may want to include in your project can be a delicate balance between what is physically possible and what fits within your budget. Hickorybridge can provide some experienced insight as to the possibilities of reaching that dream kitchen or master suite.

The Plan:

The scope and/or size of your project can be a delicate balance between what is physically possible and what fits within your budget. Hickorybridge can place you in contact with a Design professional, Architect or a Custom Cabinet Designer/Builder, depending upon your needs. The finished plan should include the selection and identification of all pertinent materials. We can help identify vendors that may meet your needs, such as tile and grout selections, cabinet styles and finishes, millwork, fixtures, hardware, counter tops, etc. Take your time. Don’t rush through the selection of materials.

The Proposal:

Hickorybridge will analyze your completed plan and selected materials to provide you with the most accurate cost proposal possible. In some instances, the proposal may include base “allowances” for specific items. Although you may fins that Hickorybridge Construction is not the cheapest contractor, we do guarantee that you will be fully satisfied with our work and the value you receive.

Scheduling:

Once the contractual work is agreed upon, Hickorybridge will establish a construction start date based upon the available delivery schedule of materials and any custom order items, your personal family schedule and our current customer work load. Once your project is started, it receives our full uninterrupted attention until complete. This approach requires that all materials are available before the start of work and will therefore provide you with a smooth and efficient construction experience.
